| Resumo: |
The general objective of our study is to investigate the compatibility between the shared economy and the article 170, CRFB, an aim to visualize if this economic model provides effectiveness to the constitutional economic norms and its maximum scope - realization of worthy existence - as well as which is a regulatory framework that would best accommodate this novel reality. It is an analysis that is inserted in the line of research that guides the nucleus of concentration to which the work is linked, keeping in line with the respective project of the research nucleus. The study is eminently theoretical, based on academic works, but based on practical conjunctures already identified in the social context. The theme will have a qualitative approach and we will use dogmatic methodology, with emphasis on the analysis of concepts and the relationships between them |
