This research aims to contribute to the academic relfexion on the meaning of relationship between educator and pupil in the formation of interdisciplinary groups. Therefore, the elaboration of dissertation is oriented to rescue of the experience of pupil and educators, in institutions of private education, in permanent dialogue with the theoretical arguments that support this theme. The methodology of interdisciplinary research on life stories helped to shape the movement of the relationship between teacher and student, and their remains connected to the principles of Complexity and Interdisciplinarity. The research also addresses the "backstage" of private schools with the movement of postmodernity, within the constraints of speed, of superficiality and fragmentation, and enlarge the view on these changes in the educational environment as a period of transformation that engenders the construction of new times and ways to relate. The dissertation also deepens the dialogue between the direction of the relationship in the formation of interdisciplinary groups with the authors of reference, as well as the concepts of attitude I and You and buberian community, to talk Freirean, partnership and interdisciplinary group. It seek to give a sense to the relationship through the practice of sensitive listening closely to the concepts investigated. The work aims to open different dialogues and intersubjective exchanges, not as a closed theory, instead, the learning in the co-existence between differents. Therefore requires the responsibility of meeting participants in education, in search of intentional partnerships towards the creation of interdisciplinary groups |
