Resumo: This thesis develops a research on imagetics using old images as a resource to improve the perception of reality, as built and manipulated by men, and for the understanding of digital era and its imagery connections. In this study, as a first supporting pilar, the focus is on the historic linear time kinetics, in order to allow a wider vision about digital Era and its implications in the worlds. It is in this context that Plasmodic Image appears. In this sense, it can be inferred that the Plasmodic Image, by calling and congregating the multiple artificial intelligence forms can adquire the faculty of creating its own language, and consequently its own linguistic community. This conquer of the language by the Plasmodic Image, in inclusive (inside living organisms) and exclusive (outside living organisms) modalities, introduces relationships in-between images, as well as between images and observer, in ambiances of festivity. This brings the possibility of autonomy, conscience acquisition and freedom. In this study, a multiplicity of authors was explored, namely Aby Warburg (history of art in images); Achille Mbembe (discussion on colonialisms and imperialisms); Dalila Costa (the ophidian cult in Lusitanian territory); Furio Jesi (the concept of mythological machine); Giorgio Agamben (discussion on profanation); Hans Belting (discussion on image problematics); Michel Foucault (the idea of bio power); Norval Baitello Jr. (the concept of iconophagy); Steven Johnson (cyberspace issues); Vicente Ferreira da Silva (consciousness issues) Vilém Flusser (discussion on technical images); Walter Benjamin (language issues). Given the nature of this exploratory study, the aim is to discuss about this special knowledge that embraces the Image
