The objetctive of this research was to analyze the sense and meanings and attributed by a teacher to your own practice as well as to the proposal of an inclusive education presented by a private school. Focusing the inclusive education, in order to answer the question raised by us, I have decided to use the theoretic-methodological reference of the Psychology-Socio-Historical being Vigotski one of the main authors. Therefore, I have used the qualitative research approach where the semi-structered and repeated interview was the instrument. The analysis of the data demonstrated to be extremely relevant thoughts involving the inclusive education given its complexity and the need of transformation/knowledge production in the area. Consequently, we need to consider the need of: overcome of prejudices; professional committment allied to a efficient project; theorical and administrative support, practice obtained by the companionship with the child who presents deficiency and the importance of the partnership work valorizing the network which is formed by: teachers, parents, institutions and governmental politcs. Besides of all these factors, it is necessary to know the teacher, as cognitive as emotionally, so as it is possible to demistify the facts naturalization, offering not only conditions for the entrance but more, the manitenance and success of the student with deficiency on a regular school
