Resumo: This research explores the emerging interactions between humans and machines, specifically focusing on the relationships between post-human individuals and non-human entities such as AI-based chatbots. The aim is to understand why and how these relationships develop and their impacts on the perception of humanity, suggesting that the post-human seeks to evade death through these virtual entities. Furthermore, these interactions reflect a decentering of the post-human in relation to the notion of space-time, reinforcing the construction of a fragmented and multiplied identity through the virtual. Adopting a multidisciplinary and qualitative approach, including literature review and data collection from academic articles, the research maps the developments of these interactions. Ethical questions regarding the agency of AIs and the impact of their relationships on human dynamics are raised, proposing a discussion about the integration of these entities into society. In conclusion, this study offers an overview of current and future relationships between humans and machines, challenging traditional hierarchies and paving the way for ongoing investigation that will shape our understanding of these interactions. Understanding this new reality is essential for constructing a comprehensive narrative about future interactions between humans and machines, highlighting the importance of continuous research in this field to keep pace with the imminent transformation brought by the development of artificial intelligences and other advanced technologies
