Resumo: |
This dissertation has for central objective to understand the historical process of formation and urbanization of the Serviluz district, in Fortaleza. Community located between the Atlantic Ocean, the Port of the Mucuripe and an industrial complex specialized in the production of gas and fuel, this narrow beach piece was occupied by a sufficiently heterogeneous contingent of workers. Fishers, prostitutes, surfers, dock workers, industry workers, small traders and, over all diligent informal, are together, configuring particular aspects of a community culturally multifaceted and marked by distinct migratory experiences. It is looked to perceive how the community coexists with a natural landscape modified by the progress and which way the people had lived its sociabilities |
