Secondary education is a modality of Brazilian basic education that is undergoing a lot of changes. Investigating the changes arising from the implementation of the New High School is necessary and urgent to ensure that Curriculum Justice is effective. A view of the Paulista Curriculum (Secondary Education stage) will be the starting point for the analysis of data from the Provão Paulista maked for third year of Secondary Education in 2023, it makes possible students to access the Universities. In this sense, we can study the real changes in students’ learning. The aim of this work is to dialogue about the paths of new curriculum proposal takes, which is the focus of urgent demands that were impacted by the neoliberal policy of previous governments
