Resumo: |
This research is about automating the extraction of skills that will be essential in the job market present in reports on the subject. Therefore, Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies offered as a service in the Cloud Computing model will be presented. The objective of this thesis is to present a method capable of extracting the skills from reports dealing with the subject that will be essential in the job market. Much has been said and several predictions are presented about the labor market of the future, but little has been said about methods to automate the extraction of skills from the many reports on the subject and the present research offers a high-value contribution to extracting this type of entity in a fast and automated way. With specific regard to the readers of these reports, an automated method could contribute to the identification of insights. The study relied on unstructured data for performing the analysis and extracting the insights, also presenting the state of the art of Natural Language Processing. Examples are highlighted of the current state and possible paths for evolution of Natural Language Processing technology; of Cloud Computing services, focusing on Artificial Intelligence services linked to Natural Language Processing tasks. Three case studies of companies that have used Natural Language Processing using Cloud Computing services and their real advantages and challenges overcome are presented. It was concluded that the adoption of Artificial Intelligence services in the Cloud Computing model can bring important advantages to Natural Language Processing projects. Finally, it was presented an overview of how the entity extraction method was built where the intention was to offer an overview and architectural vision of the construction of solutions of this type seeking to help users overcome challenges in building similar solutions for different business areas, identifying the skills of the future |
