The study in question offers an in-depth analysis of the impact of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) practices on Brazilian companies, with an emphasis on the integration of these criteria into corporate decision-making and operational processes. Exploring how sustainability, social responsibility and ethical governance initiatives are reshaping business strategies, the study highlights the growing recognition of the long-term value of these practices, both for the financial health of companies and the well-being of society and the world. Environment. In view of the above, the study’s general objective is to analyze how the debate on ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) affects strategic decisions in groups of business executives. The present study was developed under the paradigm of bibliographical research, aiming to explore how the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) theme has been incorporated and discussed by business executives in their group dynamics. The study concludes that the integration of ESG in Corporate leadership discussions are not only beneficial for the image and positioning of companies in the market, but they are also imperative to ensure the long-term sustainability and resilience of organizations |
