Resumo: To transmit one experience that developed from the contact with patients that selfdeclared suffering in consequence of the relationship of dependency with any substance, and due to this kind of relationship acquires the level of toxic, this is the scope of this work. This kind of relationship has become each day more common in our day life, then the importance of searching what is the routine in the life of these individuals that configures this kind of relationship, since the Psychoanalysis proposes to investigate the psychopathology of day life. The method for this investigation is supported in one of the basic statements of Fundamental Psychopathology that proposes to the investigator to adopt such a position that bend forward someone to listen to what someone has to tell of unique regarding his Pathos, his suffering, his passions, which brings up the possibility of thinking the New. To think in the New, the psychoanalytic theories that encloses the Freudian and Lacanian orientations were used. The initial idea was that the dependency was already part of the subject, even before the introduction of any substance. From the construction of the clinical case, from a passage through obsessive neurosis, through the mania and by constitution and by the action of the superego, was possible to conclude that this relationship is in fact pre determined as a superego imperative, and to work with the patient for the re meaning of the guilt that is contained in every subject, it is a possible direction of treatment, but let us all be aware that it is not always possible
