This work is about health issues in the curriculum of elementary schools of the state of São Paulo, in order to know the conceptions of health and their spaces in the curriculum. This research was conducted on the importance of the subject in the training of the individual and therefore the value of their approach by the teacher in the classroom. The concept of health effects, directly in the way how health issues are presented in the curriculum and in the classroom. There by, in order to know and follow the course of education of health in the curriculum and in elementary schools, was performed an analysis of official documents, pubished in the period of 1969 and 1998. Through a qualitative bibliographic, documental, critical and interpretative research, were analyzed the Program of Elementary School of the State of São Paulo, the Guide of Curriculum Proposal for the subjects of common core of the 1st degree, the Curriculum Proposal for the Programs of Health and Science. 1st degree and the Curriculum Parameters. The knowledge and the critical analysis of the documents have the purpose to make a point to some important aspects about questions of health in the school in different moments of the path of education of São Paulo. Based on that analysis it was possible to extract data that reveal conceptions of explicit and implicit health, the conceptual directions, the convergences and divergences, which point toward increasing consideration of the extend concept of health and contextualized in the curriculum of elementary Schools |
