Resumo: |
This Project discusses the beginning of slums formation in Brazil, emphasizing the issue of Housing for Social Interests (SHI), which corresponds to the basic human necessity. It’s about São Paulo municipality and Paraisópolis slum to analyze examples of planning, investments and public and private interventions in spaces called slums. The bibliography was composed of authors with degrees in geography and architecture, besides the legal instruments and institutional documents related to these spaces, whose people struggles for their ownership rights on the city |
