Resumo: |
Facing the dynamism of the world of work and the need for the ALFA Institution of Higher Education to be constantly aligning its Pedagogical Project for the Higher Course in Logistics Technology to the market, this study aims to improve the formative profile of graduates in the view of challenges of an increasingly demanding market, inserted in the context of a contemporary society. The study was carried out in three municipalities in the Metropolitan Region of the State of São Paulo, which represents an important economic center and with a large logistics flow in the country. The delimited municipalities are: Barueri, Guarulhos and Santos. The methodology used, initially, was bibliographic studies combined with the analysis of specific documents: National Catalog of Higher Education Courses in MEC Technologies and Pedagogical Project of the Higher Course in Technology in Logistics at the ALFA Institution and, in the second stage, field research. The subjects surveyed were: direction, course coordination and company representatives of professional replacement and human resources in each of the locations. In accordance with the acceptance and approval by the Research Ethics Committee of PUC-SP, the anonymity and absolute confidentiality of the institution, the teaching units and the subjects surveyed were preserved. It was used as an instrument for the research, the sending of electronic forms, complemented by an interview script according to the situation and need. As a result, the following suggestions were made: one generic, for the three locations; and specific individualized suggestions. The specific suggestions contained the curricular adaptations considered important, identifying the competences that do not appear, explicitly, in the Pedagogical Project of the Logistics Course, respecting the specificities of the local and regional context, having as reference the labor market characteristic of each location |
