This investigation is a specific project which contemplates the Research Institutional Project: “Psychosocial impacts and Social Technologies in vulnerable territories in the context of the effects of pandemic” from the so called CNPq and MCTI no. 25/2020. Discussing about the Identity Processes during the COVID pandemic: Blackness, Homoaffectivity and Justice, shows up to be fundamental in face of the complexity of the current social realities. Thereby, the scope of this research consists in understanding the identity constitution process of a young black homoaffective university student, as well as its preformistic movement (metamorphosis and replacement) of the characters expressed in the process of identity, identify the identity policies expressed by the subject and its link with the process of identitymetamorphosis, identify and relate the conflicting changes and challenges towards emancipation under the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic, a period during which significant societal impacts took place in Brazilian society, which varied according to the individual and their social context, it is noteworthy that, beyond the risk to life, social inequality, effects on education, and the mental health of the population have been prominent. As well as identifying strategies of overcoming the contradictory material dialectic conditions shown up. The method used is the narratives of life stories and future project, which enables the comprehension of the identity constitution process through the analysis of the narrator experiences. Considering the dialectic conception between totality and parts, through the theory of Identity-Metamorphosis, it is shown that the individual carries a unique narrative, with meanings of life experiences that impact his identity constitution, in which the process of constant transformation is influenced by several social, cultural and historical factors. Thereby, it was also possible to observe the possibilities of achieving emancipatory fragments, with the overcoming of limitations and the existing objective conditions in different times of the life of the individual, whose issues surround his family relationships, as well as his love relationships, his health problems, his studies, his job, COVID pandemic, and intersectional factors, like matters related to identity policies, presupposed identities, social class, blackness and the homoaffectivity. In summary, approaching blackness and homoaffectivity is also to explain about his rights, his constant struggles, resistances, violences faced and searches for equality and social justice. By that means, it’s necessary to discuss about the Brazilian Justice, as well as to reflect about the real enforcement of legal norms in force |
