The present dissertation investigates the identity constructions of homosexuals who are part of the so-called “inclusive churches”. Originally from the most diverse churches, homosexuals find in these evangelical churches a speech of proximity, reception and non-judgment to their sexual conditions and performances adopted throughout their lives. Through observation and interviews, the research was made in the churches Comunidade Cidade de Refúgio and Igreja da Comunidade Metropolitana, both downtown São Paulo, aiming to identify which are the possible constructions of homosexual believers who practice the Christian faith, to which Inclusive Theology is the inspiring source
