Resumo: |
The main objective of this thesis is to discuss what is the place of experience in the training of teachers. It presents as theoretical aspects of the legacy of Paulo Freire and establishing dialogues with Antonio Nóvoa, Alvaro Vieira Pinto, Adolfo Vásquez Sánches, John Dewey and Jorge Bondia Larossa. This is a qualitative research method that uses biographical. We analyzed the data recorded at four instruments: the memorial, the dissertation, the thesis and the interview of a single subject. Categorized concepts emerged from this analysis by addressing the teacher as the subject of your practice, reflection on practice, teaching and research. These were discussed to build on the experience and its importance in the training of teachers. Were pointed out three aspects that go from the studies of this thesis and contribute to the ongoing training of teachers. The first thing you would do with the concept of teaching experience, recognizing it as an act of pedagogical practice, which affects and sensitize teachers and, for the meanings attributed by the subject and give opportunities for reflection in relation to making and to learn of the educational process. This position requires the subject of authorship. The second aspect suggests five principles for addressing the training space of the experiment: to integrate concepts of education among institution and subject, recognize the experience as a process built in order to validate the uniqueness of individuals, actions, times and spaces; open space to build tools that enable reflection on practice and on the training course; consider the teacher as the subject of his practice, the author of his own educational process and recognize that the process of teaching requires the learning process of permanently. The third aspect strengthens the dialogue in relation to understanding the relationship between the subject of experience and expertise in cases of permanent training |
