Resumo: |
This dissertation explore the role of midialivrism for the practice of journalism in the scenario of transformations that communication pass trough in the digital world. The change in the roles of agents in the informational process underlies the analysis. The problem that realize the creation of this text is to search the viability of midialivrism and cyberactivism as informative protagonists in digital networks. The review of previous studies was performed by mapping academic papers that deal with the subject both in Brazil and abroad. Whether or not 21st century free media journalists are living the illusion of the viability of journalism practice free from the market and state rules are the two premises. In the first, it is considered that the corporate media crisis and the new possibilities of webjournalism make room for the midlivrism to stand out in the cultural, political and social debate. The second indicates that midialivrism is captured by the dominance of digital multinationals. Research on the subject may be expanded in future studies because midialivrism is inserted in unprecedented and challenging perspectives |
