Resumo: Despite the work is inspired by the Brazilian reality, not forgets that also achieves a universal character to the extent that the issue addressed in research covering the reality of many people in different places, after the effects of globalization are projected in the world with important implications geopolitical. The work directs to the critical reflection on the theme of globalization, sovereignty and citizenship. Design efforts in reflection on the bias of sovereignty through the emancipation phenomenon of global companies in the face of the state, which eventually replace the policy of the United politics of global companies, emerging therefore the annihilation of state policy and the result is the crumbling of institutions, expansion of poverty, inequality and concentration of wealth. In general, the work is to investigate the effects of current globalization on the sovereignty of States and their reflections in promoting citizenship and implementation of existential least its core. The main goal is to draw salient points and possible ways to overcome the problem, which is why the ideology studies, consumption, solidarity and competitiveness permeate the dynamics of research. Being a constitutional command that the State promotes the realization and implementation of its goals outlined in the Greater Charter, realize the effectiveness of existential minimum while core element of Citizenship and Dignity of the Human Person is of true constitutional imperative, it is clear not only belong the extent of the Republic objectives, but also lies in its foundations. If at first presented a problem, criticizing it, do not we have forgotten that another globalization is also possible through the "resurrection" of politics and a truly sovereign state consecutor the common good, promoter of citizenship, human dignity and the development of human virtues and strengths, whether tangible and intangible, physical and spiritual, as both singular and collective entity
