Resumo: |
This thesis analyses the processing and the expressions of proletarianization on the social worker”s job in Teófilo Otoni city – Minas Gerais state. The focus of the analysis are the processes, the conditions and the job relations in the distinct occupational spaces which moulds the job market in social work , health, education and social-legal areas in times of exacerbation of stock crises. The objective is to tap the job making in its concrete and abstract dimensions, substantiated in changes that took place on the job contemporary world. This way, we consider the category precariouness as central determination to the analyses, to catch the objective relations and the dimensions of the object reproduction in thinking plan and in its breaches in real concrete. Therefore, precariouness is taken in the inter-relation with the informality, intensification and proletarianization categories, as the job world’s dimensions under the financial capital, the neoliberalism and the productive restructuring hegemony that reaches all workers. In this regard, professional action, which envolves a set of technical and political activities, was understood as an expression of colective work, which suffers the injunctions of job’s world and its structural precariousness process, in the outlines of the political crises outbreak and worsening. The work conditions and relations experienced by social workers articulate a set of mediation that interferes in the processing of professional action in the job market day-to-day .This way, the work and the ocupational spaces of social workers are analysed on the contradictory frame that is the bourgeois society in its concrete totality and in its mediation systems which weaves social production and reproduction. In those terms, work is conceived in its ontological and historical meaning and in its metamorphosis. The research methodology is of quantitative and qualitative nature, we used two instruments to collect data, the questionary and the interview with semi structured guide. The universe of quantitative research is formed by 47 social workers, and, from this data, 18 individuals were selected to the interview. Among the discoveries of the research is the significant category of work force hiring through temporary contracts, besides underhiring usage, setting strong presence in social work area, with extremely low wages. This way, we can observe the scarcity of necessary means to work achievement, interfering in its achievement; theses processes are perceived as a way to even more scrap the work.In this cycle, we find the use of management by goals as a way to promote the biggest engagement of the workers. Another discovery is the possibility of viewing some employers social workers’ intention, in the future, to adopt the outsourcing and home office and or teleworking. This processes suggests a thesis of proletarianisation of professional work, revealing one of the world’s work portrait in its new trends and occurrence in Social Work |
