Viewing the need of getting deeply familiar with this new youngsters generation for better evangelise them, we understand that it constitutes a discontinuous universe in constant transformation. The current research unfold itself about the youth issue, within the perspective of a straight-forward church, bethinking about youth evangelisation, based on the Paulista reality of Mogi das Cruzes Diocese, focusing on underlining the challenges on the evangelisation process, signalized by the document 85 from The National Conference of Brazilian Bishops, which talks about youngsters shepherding. For this purpose, it is necessary to throw light on the current reality of youth in Brazil, specifying Mogi das Cruzes Diocese, enlightening this reality through the Holy Scripture, Magisterium and Tradition and proposing an action before the shephering challenges and perspectives for youngsters evangelisation. A research is, then, done using the method proposed by the Church, See-Judge-Act, supported by several theoretical and practical tools, starting from anthropological and psychosocial aspects for us to bethink about the current issue of diverse faces of youth and analyze the church approach before this young universe. In the face of that, it is noticeable that knowing youngsters is a challenge, a complex and mysterious increasingly reality; there is a multiplicity of subjects who compound a diversity, that is why we talk about youth in plural. Regarding religion and the religious choices of the current youth,what describes this youth best is their availability to new experiences; youngsters who move among several belongings, moreover Christianity, are seeking for social and spiritual relationships. It is seen that shaping and enabling youngsters come from a smart and updated ministry, which provides generating dialogue, creating environments and moments of mutual listening as so did Pope Francisco on synodal path in 2018 and proposes an evidence which shows that to have an efficient ministry action, which delivers to youngsters a proposal of following Jesus, it is necessary to have willing people, close and normal, who dare walking together on the mission within youngsters communities and lives |
