This research has as object of analysis the Network of assistance to women in situation of violence in the city of Registro – SP. The purpose of the study was to carry out a study on the network in order to identify the existence of integrated care and follow-up flows and to analyze the impact that the network work has had on the lives of women assisted in situations of violence, according to the look at them. In order to meet this proposal, a discussion was raised on structural violence in Brazil against women, aspects of gender violence, public policies as a strategy to confront violence committed against women, and the Network, developed in the three chapters of this study. The research is exploratory with a qualitative approach. The main instruments used for data collection were document analysis and interviews. The universe of the research is made up of the services of the Social Assistance, Justice, Health and Public Security policies that make up the Network in the municipality of and constitute 08 institutions organized among the aforementioned areas, having as research subjects women who were victims of violence, served by this Network. For the discussion on violence, it is necessary to understand the meaning of gender, which is characterized as a gateway to understanding the violence that originates from the contradictions that surround this category. The term gender violence is adopted by public policy for women and thus it was decided to use it, considering that this conception allows, among other issues, to observe this phenomenon inside and outside relationships. Combating violence requires interventions from all actors and social segments through strategies and initiatives developed in the areas of action. However, it is necessary to train the agents involved so that revictimization is not naturalized. The fragmentation in the execution of services configures the lack of communication in the Network, which brings limitations in the execution of public policy such as social protection, as well as the lack of professional qualification that compromises the process of overcoming the condition of violence. Thus, for women's rights to be achieved in their entirety, it is necessary to consider all the constraints of the process
