This dissertation presents a look at the process of subjectivation of whiteness in a post- colonial neoliberal context, considering Avenida Paulista as the urban territory in question. In the investigation, homeless bodies operate as devices of control and discipline in everyday life and in the normalization of subjective processes. Firstly, a brief glossary is proposed to think about alterity and aporophobia, in dialogue with biopolitical issues, followed by the interlude, in which modes of existence and the pact of indifference in the city as corpomedia (Greiner e Katz, 2005) are articulated. Finally, an affective cartography of Avenida Paulista is outlined, through an imaginary geobiopolitics of Otherness under the policy of intimacy, in a flow of thoughts, words and images that risks creating a poetic exercise to affirm the potency of life in the face of precariousness |
