Resumo: The present work seeks to perform a critical act. As Brazil passed through serious problems of corruption, it turned to the need for radical thought of Criminal Procedural Law and its form of study. It discusses if there is Law Science. Or if the studies are Philosophical. And within this opportunity, it is necessary to understand knowledge, philosophy and science, and understand the particularities and importance of each area, which are certainly complementary. Having overcome this point, a theoretical reference is suggested: Baruch de Espinosa. Its doctrine is based on the scientific discoveries that led to a Science Revolution. Nevertheless, it is inserted in a society strongly religious and impregnated by strong mysticism. And yet Espinosa managed to overcome the chains of his time and found a philosophy of freedom and happiness, understanding with absolute rigor the person, the world and knowledge. These elements are greatly demanded for the Brazilian Criminal Procedure Law. The recent cases of corruption have led all authority of the Brazilian State to sink into a crisis. That is why it was an excellent condition to rethink and present a doctrinal line that could give some suggestions and certainly found criticism. Thus, superficially presented the theoretical foundations of the doctrine of Baruch de Espinosa, two initial elements will be suggested for analysis of the current circumstance in which the Brazilian Criminal Procedure is in a bad condition for the jurisdictions: 1) geometric method and 2) immanence
