Resumo: The purpose of this article is to state that the combat against political gender violence within Latin America has progressed with the formulation of a legal framework, while Brazil has a naturalization, or even the lack of political will to implement a combat. Political gender violence is a gender-based violence, so it turns out that the targets are chosen because of the gender and their content is full of sexism and sexual violence addresses to women, which is not presented or reported likewise in the political career of men in politics. This violence can appear in various forms, while it is imperceptible in society, as well as unknown. Therefore, it reinforces the need for awareness on this topic, as well as its combat in the States for being a violation of human rights. The focus of this research is the comparison between Bolivia and Mexico that demonstrate a historical-political diversity with Brazil, but they are similar to the same phenomenon that is the violent backlash against the participation of women in the political sphere. This analysis was based on the bibliographic and documental review between scientific articles and official documents by state institutions and civil society organizations, and the testimonies were extracted from the media and official documents to present the misogynist acts in Latin America. The results obtained are solutions in which Brazil will be able to guide itself, such as the formulation of a legal framework based of international treaties, cooperation between non-state and non-state actors in order to pressure the same framework, as well as gather the denunciations made by both the cases presented that could identify the proportion of the problem on the Brazilian politics
