Resumo: |
In this work, an interface was created between the orishas belonging to Yoruba mythology and the cycles of human development, through the theoretical axis of Carl Gustav Jung analytical psychology and James Hillman archetypal psychology. It is assumed that development would not be something linear, but circular, that is, the human being has infantile, adolescent and adult aspects at all times of life. Thinking about the orixás and Yoruba mythology is to rescue African cosmoperceptions and their ways of seeing the world and life, giving voice to one of the important founding places of what is called the Brazilian soul, with the extremely important contribution of African peoples. Through a survey of available bibliographies on human development in analytical psychology, using contemporary and classic authors, researching theses, articles and authors considered references in the field of analytical psychology, the thesis was created, which aims to understand the approaches and aids of African mythology as a way of understanding the cycles of human development, with Yoruba mythology being considered a living mythology. Thinking about each moment of the life cycle as an opportunity that the orixás, in an imagetic and archetypal way, can constellate and, in the case of a pantheon that has an infinity of gods, some were chosen as those who could constellate in such moments of the cycle, thinking , also, in orixás that linked the crossing from one moment of life to another, offering a new vision for the topic and contributing to the studies of Yoruba mythology within the scope of analytical psychology, the science of religion and pedagogy, through the law 10.639 |
