Neoconservadorismo e necropolítica: a exclusão da modalidade discriminação religiosa do disque 100 no governo Bolsonaro

Resumo: This study aims to analyze the rise of neoconservatism in Brazil and the implementation of necropolitics through the exclusion of the religious discrimination modality from the Disque 100 service in the Bolsonaro government. Collective actors supported by a traditional religious agenda and on the right contributed, through democratic ways, with the Bolsonaro election in 2018, marking the inflection of the red wave. Consequently, the policy of the human rights portfolio was changed, under the direction of Damares Alves, constituting a neoconservative policy that excluded the religious discrimination modality of the Dial 100 service. Afroreligious, signaling to be more vulnerable to violation of the right to religious freedom. Using quantitative and qualitative methodology, through a literature review, it is concluded that Bolsonaro's management in relation to Afro-Brazilian religions is guided by necropolitics. In other words, by removing a channel of denunciation that collaborated with the development of public policies to combat religious discrimination, the State is absent from the context that predominantly victimizes the Afro-religious segment
