Resumo: |
The present work intends to know and explore possibilities implementations’ of public policies by judicial power in order to comply with the guarantee of access to justice. This policy benefits social inclusion of marginalized members’ society by broadening the ways of resolving conflicts as well as demonstrates that this Power, through its institutions: Special Courts, Public Prosecutor's Office, Public Defender Offices and other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms (Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration) are capable of realizing the collective or individual human and fundamental rights of citizens guaranteed in the Brazilian Constitution of 1988 |
