This research has as main objective to investigate the relationship that is needed between the Training of Teachers and School Manager in the Present. This goal addresses in their specific analysis of how they think and act in the face of the managers of Continuing Education Programs of the Department of Education of the State of Sao Paulo and to enable continued education at schools. A reflection contributes to the educational practice of teachers faced with the issues of teacher education and its reflection in daily practice and school managers themselves also address the needs of a training and reflective aimed at the constant dialogue about their role in this process and for this process. Investigate also the training of professional education as a continuum in the contemporary context. This research shows that the "look" of the manager is tied to more reflective practice, the relationship of integration in teaching, the importance of continuing education courses for education professionals (teachers and administrators), the recovery agent as participatory teaching and reflective in its own practice and the importance of the figure of the contemporary manager and promoter as articulator of action and educational practice. The study was conducted with ten managers of public schools in the region of Caieiras, which was based on the Program of Continuing Education "The network learns from the network" the Secretary of Education of the State of Sao Paulo. In realization of the work were used as theoretical references: Alarcão (2003), Cortella (2006, 2008), Alessandrini (2002), Imbernon (2000), Saul (2000), Giroux (1997), Mizukami (2002), Garcia (1999 ), Tardif (2007), Morin (2000), Feldmann (2004), Freire (1996), Bauman (2005), Hall (2006) and Marins (2009).
