Resumo: |
The globalization of production has manifested intensely in the labor market, including changing the profile of the working class with profound repercussions within manufacturing plants and more demanding quality and creative features with a high degree of expertise and knowledge changes. The exploitation of natural resources also intensified with globalization, and as years pass by coordinated actions by organized society and international organizations have developed mechanisms stimuli and constraints to production processes to countries. This thesis sought to highlight the major challenge for the economy sustainable issue, with emphasis on the social responsibility of organizations primarily as a generator of jobs linked to environmental sustainability, and as an important factor to technological innovation, and introducing the concept of continuous improvement to mitigate environmental impacts, proposes important pillar to currently exist in the composition of the concept of sustainability |
