Resumo: The Special Integral Training Journey (JEIF) is a policy of the municipal education network of the city of São Paulo, which guarantees teachers the possibility of joining an extra 15 hours / class, intended for their in-service training. The pedagogical coordination of each school is responsible for planning and executing the training activities that have as main articulator, the Special Action Project of each unit. The PEA, as it is also known, is a project built annually by the school community that raises priority themes to be developed in the school as a whole. From a scientific initiation research carried out together with the management of a school in the municipal network of São Paulo, we realized that the training meetings were a great challenge for the coordinators. Thus, as a continuation of the initiation mentioned above, in this work, we focus specifically on these encounters. Taking as theoretical-methodological reference Historical and Dialectical Materialism and Socio-Historical Psychology, our objective was to apprehend the meanings of pedagogical coordinators about their activities in the JEIF. The research information was produced through six reflective meetings with the coordinators and analyzed from the proposal of the Nuclei of Meaning. The results evidenced the movements of the significations of the coordinators about their activity and some of their constitutive mediations
