Resumo: |
This present thesis approaches dimensions of historical process that resulted in the approval of the federal Law number 10.639, at January 9, 2003, that deals with the mandatory of the introdution of History and African Culture and Black History and Culture in Brazil, in the curriculum of education system of public and private schools in this country. The main focus was the reflection about the paths that led to the law approval. This research tried to identify many legislative initiatives that happened before with similar purposes to the law in 2003 and the paths of elaboration of the law project, its due process and its approval in the Congress. Follow some of historical movements, during the XX century, like the education problems and claims that were put in the black movement meant delineate relations between the legislative process and the claims of the black movement |
