Resumo: |
The training of education professionals is a fundamental pillar for the advancement of public education, training them to the issues of today's society, especially the formation of the Education Support Team (SEA) in the school context. In this sense, this research had as an inquiry: Is the School Unit the locus of the training of EAE professionals? EAE is part of the school team of the Units of the Municipal Network, composed in the school by: Support Agents (surveillance) and Technical Auxiliary Education (secretariat and province). The theoretical basis was the study of relevant legislation, andragogy and education researchers, such as Alarcão (2011), Feldmann (2003), Masetto (2003), Noffs (2003), Freire (1999) and others. The methodology used was based on the bibliographical and documentary study of the qualitative approach field research, using as an instrument the questionnaire with EAE. The initial chapter discusses the legal aspects, "(Re) Knowing the non-teaching workers in the educational system: Fundamentals Cool". The second chapter deals with the "Education Support Team: Visible (In) Actors". The third chapter presents the "Training Proposal for SEA". The fourth chapter, "Methodology: the way traveled". And the fifth chapter, "Analyzing the Data." We believe that the present theme is relevant because, in addition to having few academic studies about it, the formation of SEA is an important and urgent issue for a better public education, and should be reflected and taken care of with actions that address the needs of these actors, its value in the educational process and its formation as citizens |
