Resumo: |
This dissertation discusses the concept of youth in a socio-historical perspective and considers the development process for young adults and their relation to society. From this perspective of youth, we analyze the relationship that young men have with the labor market, aiming to evaluate public policies for youth in the areas of education and work, in the process of entering and remaining on the market. The outline for this analysis and study is the young man living with Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV / AIDS), infected by vertical transmission, but without losing sight of the general context of youth, for all young people have the common factor the same dreams and desires. In this study, we used quantitative and qualitative methods. At first, the individual approach, we used a questionnaire with closed and open questions. Data from responses to closed questions were stored in the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) Databest, version 15.0. In the second stage, the group approach, we use a road map to the questionnaire. The methodology of oral history supported this study at all times, both the individual and the technical approach of the Group, enabling the subjects to talk about themselves, express their demands, dreams and future plans. Throughout this study, it became essential to understand that the neoliberal policy is in line with the capitalist economic system, which made clear the need to build a universal perspective in public policy that meets the young in its entirety, from the public eye, or that is, for all Brazilians |
