Resumo: |
This study aims to investigate the inclusion process of the young apprentice into the Job Market, as regarded by Programa de Aprendizagem (Decreto 5.598/2005). As part of the strategic police adopted by the Ministry of Labor and Employment, the aforementioned Program promotes to young people the importance of training and qualification, to prepare them to enter the Job Market. Therefore, it is a Program that considers qualification paramount to their first steps into their professional lives, not only of what concerns these young apprentices future, but also the company s and country s future. The Program assumes the fact that contributes to these young people s social and professional growth, to their autonomy, to develop their interest for school and their inclusion in the workplace. In that matter, it is interesting to comprehend and analyze the process of integrating these young apprentices into the Job Market from the perspective of the mediation of the Ministry Eligible Institution (Instituição Qualificada pelo Ministério) that promotes training, academic background, assistance and professional education within the framework of the Learning Programme of the Ministry of Labor and Employment |
