Resumo: |
continue to live in poverty and they are denied a dignified life, there are growing inequalities within countries and between countries, there are huge disparities of opportunities, wealth and power, gender inequality remains a key challenge, unemployment, particularly among young people, is a major concern, global health threats, more frequent and intense natural disasters, conflicts on the rise, violent extremism, terrorism and humanitarian crises, the forced displacement of people threaten to reverse much of the progress in development in recent decades. Depletion of natural resources and the negative impacts of environmental degradation including desertification, drought, soil degradation, scarcity of fresh water and biodiversity loss increase and aggravate the list of challenges facing humanity, this work brings an analysis of how the Nossa São Paulo network adapted its Guide to sustainable Public Management - GPS the perspective of Sustainable Development Goals (SDG); and how it was possible to do so similarly with GPS developed for countries, based on the 5 Pillars of SDG: people, planet, prosperity, peace and partnership. This model was adapted in particular focusing on the Ibero-American countries, and may also be used for monitoring the sustainable development of countries over the years, and could serve as a parameter to measure the level and type of impact of the Master Plans of the respective countries |
