The study aims to present and discuss concepts about initial education in Pedagogy, reflecting the functions of the PC, the teacher and the Pedagogy intern in the school space during the formative process, analyzing, with the PC, teachers and interns, the role of each participant in the research, during the internship period and what are the impacts of their actions on the training process of the future teacher. From rounds of conversations with pedagogical coordinators, teachers and pedagogy students (interns), from private schools in the city of São Paulo, it was possible to observe the value of this period in initial training and in contrast to certain challenges that impact the school routine and consequently in the training of future trainers. Based on several studies by Placco and Almeida (2003, 2015, 2018) , in which they significantly contribute to the routine of pedagogical coordinators (PC), teachers and interns in view of the needs and possibilities of change to meet the educational function. During the research, it was possible to identify the coordinators' lack of clarity about actions with training potential in the school and how to carry them out, especially with regard to conducting training actions and training strategies. Using as a basis the writings of Imbernón (2009), Tardif (2008, 2013, 2014), Pimenta (2011,2012, 2017), Nóvoa (2008, 2009, 2017), Gatti (2002, 2008, 2010), Libâneo (2006 ,2010, 2012) and André (2013, 2016), some reflections were produced in defense of training in a work context, considering the real situations that arise in the school routine. At the end, a proposal for training for pedagogical coordinators is presented, suggesting a training plan in order to contribute to the training of interns in the school environment, as well as issues of continued training for teachers and, together, to provide practical experiences that may mean change in the professional performance of teachers CP themselves |
