Our research problem turned to examine the role of graduate prepare teachers to work in higher education, the lack of pedagogical training of teachers who teach the Law courses, and aims to answer the following question: As a Master's curriculum in the legal field can be organized to provide a pedagogical training to these teachers? The development of this research has allowed us to reach some aspects that seemed fundamental in relation to Teaching in Higher Education, the need for teacher training to your exercise, the Stricto Master Sensu as one of the suitable areas for such training and the presentation of some curriculum suggestions for this Masters. In addition to the theoretical studies that supported our reflections, contributed significantly to our work survey of Mestrandos the area of law and Teachers Master's courses also in the same area of law. This field research, very clearly, brought us information of Mestrandos Students who mostly consider important one chair facing the teacher training. Teachers were also emphatic in defending a pedagogical training for teaching of law in undergraduate courses. The results of this research were presented in alternative suggestions to think about a Masters curriculum that really could respond to both the formation of the researcher, and by teaching the training of higher education |
