Resumo: This research presents a study on the trends of Administration in the XXI century and its impact on the development of a pedagogical project of an undergraduate degree in Business Administration. In order to provide a relevant training to the student of Business Administration, this study surveys the landmarks which are guiding the theoretical debates that arise in the 1990s and first decade of this century, as it indicates the trends to management in the twenty-first century and their implications for education of Business Administration. This literature is mainly in reference to the following authors: Hamel, Breen, Prahalad, Drucker, Castells, Nogueira, Masetto, Fazenda and Pombo. Through the scenario we got, we aim at offering suggestions to the existing Educational Project of the Business Administration degree course at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, with the purpose of instructing citizens who are competent and prepared for the challenges and unforeseen organizational globalized world and at the same time providing an awareness responsible for improving the quality of life, as required by the society. The research methodology used in a qualitative approach was bibliographic, documental and exploratory, checking the alignment of the Educational Project towards the Administration trends in the twenty-first century and the guidelines and requirements of the Ministry of Education to the design of a pedagogical project, pointing to possible existing gaps and offering suggestions in order to keep the Pedagogical Project of Business Administration course at the Faculty of Economics, Business Administration, Accounting and Actuarial at Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo updated and contextualized in the twenty-first century demands
