Resumo: |
The purpose of the present research is to analyze the poetic production by Murilo Mendes referenced in the presence of the Sacred as the basis of his poetry. It seeks to understand that interlocution between divine and human as an immanent experience, marked by a constant process of tense that tones with the poetic. The subject of this reflection are the works produced by him in the temporal cut between 1935 and 1945, defining and evocative of his lyrical discourse. This set of textbooks presents the foundations and aspects that have marked his poetic speech – enunciating changes and maturity of his creative process which culminated in Convergência. The corpus of the investigation comprises the books representative of the defined temporal cut: – Tempo e eternidade (1935); – O sinal de Deus (1936); – A poesia em pânico (1937); – O visionário (1941); – As metamorfoses (1944); – Mundo enigma (1945); – O discípulo de Emaús (1945) and Convergência (1970), for its significance in the whole Murilian lyric poetry. It is intended to apprehend the forms of how the sacred is expressed in the poetic creation of Murilo Mendes and how they are appropriated and woven in the elaboration of his discourse, as well as the effects of meaning that lodge his language. The research is based on theoretical studies of interpretation hermeneutic of the philosophers Martin Heidegger, Hans-Georg Gadamer and Benedito Nunes, having as an anchorage the work of the German poet Hölderlin and the poetry of metaphysical bias. This study of Murilo Mende's poetry is based on bibliography on the broached theme and on the interpretative analytical method |
