Resumo: This study investigates the adoption of circular economy strategies in a tertiary packaging company, focusing on logistics and transportation. The main objective was to assess the integration of these practices into the company's traditional business model, identifying challenges and opportunities for a sustainable transition. The specific objectives included evaluating the current circular economy practices in the company, exploring knowledge gaps on the subject, examining existing initiatives, and proposing new strategies for the transition. The adopted methodology was qualitative, exploratory, and descriptive, based on action research. It was found that although the company adopts some circular economy practices, there is room for expansion and deepening of these initiatives. Suggested strategies for an effective transition include engagement in circular economy practices, improving operational efficiency, and revising product design. Servitization was highlighted as an alternative to overcome growth challenges and add value. The results indicate a great potential for the circular economy to increase the company's competitiveness in a scenario with a growing demand for sustainable and responsible businesses. Furthermore, investments in engagement to expand the practice of the circular economy and innovation in logistics-related processes can have a positive impact on financial performance, in addition to contributing to the sustainable development commitments made by Brazil
