Resumo: |
In view of the need for companies to prepare a business plan that guarantees the perennial profitability expected in business and the difficulty in implementing an effectively sustainable Management Model, this research aims to understand if, according to the perception of academic scholars and professional executives, the Sustainable Management Model is fundamental to the materialization of the strategy in results with continuity and what are the factors that contribute to its sustainability. For this, we seek through the content analysis of the concepts of Management Model, from well-recognized sources – Ansoff, Catelli, Deming, Elkington, Guerreiro, Kaplan & Norton, Mintzberg, Porter, and structured interviews with 13 respondents, to confirm the following hypotheses: H1 The Sustainable Management Model is fundamental to the materialization of the strategy in results with continuity in the perception of academics scholars and professional executives; H2 The Sustainable Management Model is not fundamental to the materialization of the strategy in results with continuity in the perception of academic scholars and professional executives. Thus, the interviewees were divided into two groups according to their performance – six academic scholars and seven professional executives – in order to answer eight questions that constituted the structured interview. Based on the content analysis of the interviews – a total of 92.3% of respondents' answers, that is, 12 respondents –, it was possible to confirm that the Management Model is fundamental to the materialization of the strategy in sustainable results |
