Resumo: |
This dissertation presents the maintenance of power in Norberto Bobbio. The main objective is a discussion about which current powers influence more in contemporary society. Political, economical, communicational and legal powers are the most relevant sorts, besides the maintenance of ideological power by intellectuals. This research used mainly Bobbio works and also his philosophical sources when the political power had been discussed. It aimed to make a specific frame of power as subject, but always following the discussion about political power as an horizon. Proper of philosopher Bobbio, passing through sundry topics was important to construct this text which aims to bring together the power and government actions. For the effective political exercise it is proposed to recognize the need of integration among the several power and knowledge sources and to know how to use them, becoming a legitimate representative of population ideal. Removing the focus from the use of force as main feature of political power is another important topic. The outcome is to have other features in contemporary political power like: convincingness, decision and action |
