Resumo: |
The objective of this research is to explain the usage of collaborative, dialogical, generative, narrative and transformative approaches (U theory) within complex situations at multiple contexts of action. In the systematization procedures of the practice the challenge was to transform it into a language that could be comprehended, shared and re-edited as it involves the dialogue of the researcher with themselves, with others and with the contexts of practice to prompt learning and knowledge as of the present time, looking into the past and projecting it into the future. This work has as a prior reference the principles of Social Constructionism that states reality as constructed in the social relations through language resulting in specific knowledge according as the subjectivity of each person. In this regard the intent of the facilitator is to open space so this mutual construction could occur, the reason why the collaborative, dialogical, generative, narrative and transformative approaches (U theory) are specially articulated and adequate to the tools shared here (Tree of life, Forest of Life and Collective Document, Rapid Learning Journey - prototyping, World Café, conversation circles, quadrants of learning - U theory, powerful questions, work with targets and harvest). It is important to stress the need to recognize the attitude of the facilitator as the main tool in this process as it concerns the looking at itself in order to allow the looking at the others. The examples provided are considered useful and sufficient to comprehend the progress of the procedures applied and the results obtained through them |
