Responsabilidade social empresarial na relação trabalho e educação: instrumento de transformação social?

Resumo: Corporate Social Responsibility is a construct that reflects the social insertion companies systemic, always subject to formal and informal rules constantly changing society and, therefore, the debate on this issue sets up an important arena for the clash of political interests. From a review in light of social psychology and, more specifically, the Socio-Historical Psychology, becomes important to understand the historical process, especially in Brazil, which made the theme of social responsibility to assume importance, as well as the scenario current in which it is inserted, the main target audience of these actions and discourse analysis on corporate image released by the company. Given this, the present study was to analyze, from social psychology, social transformation of the proposal contained in the concept of corporate social responsibility. For this purpose, we used the case study to deepen as the business discourse relates to the categories work and education, since most of the existing projects are facing the issue of training for work. Through materials published by the company in a public, data collection sought to cover the maximum expression from the institution, which claims to embrace Corporate Social Responsibility as a practice into your routine. Data analysis followed the model of content analysis of Bardin (2011), which substantiated the description and interpretation of descriptive data in order to better understand the information collected, enhancing the knowledge on the subject of research and responding to questions that have rise to the investigation. As a result, it was possible to identify clearly established the relationship between work and education as a way of training, exclusion addressed so naturalized and partnerships between business, government and civil society as a solution to social problems. Finally, it was observed that the social transformation described in discourse analysis is not anti-capitalist character. Instead, it maintains a stance in favor of corporate profits
