This dissertation concerns the peculiarities relating to the management of costs incurred in the private health sector in Brazil, led by private hospitals that are known to walk the winding road to manage their finances, hampered by the inherent nature of the activity and increase its complexity. Systems management costs , especially those enabled by modern computer software , as will be seen , have helped those operating in the industry, giving opportunity , along with other sub-themes , as the profile of financial managers , to facilitate this investigation. To achieve the goal of meeting the financial aspect of this segment and list their managerial and operational characteristics, the option is, methodologically, the exploratory and analytical with literature review
