Resumo: |
Organizations are increasingly being demanded for their responsibilities to deal with environmental changes, and entrepreneurship modeled through the Circular Economy emerges as a potential source of organizational action opportunity under new formats and values. However, this area of study is in an early stage of debate, whose related literature is not yet abundant. Thus, in a search to obtain an introductory and current overview of the field of entrepreneurship in circular economics, a systematic literature review was conducted to identify the correlation between bibliometric aspects of publications, the economic activities involved, the problems experienced and what main contextual factors would imply in the development of circular entrepreneurship. There is a greater presence of economic activities inserted in the manufacturing industry, as well as strategies involving the technical cycle of materials, and business models that extend the value of the resource. In relation to contextual factors, four mains were identified: technology, investments, government policies and stakeholders. The circular solutions presented require mostly access to knowledge and infrastructure of medium to high complexity, and it is verified that technology is approached as a means for creating value whose innovative aspect depends both on business models and on the co-evolution of the sociotechnical system. In relation to financing, currently the alternative forms would be the ones that would most embrace the proposals of circular enterprises; however, their models are not yet fully compatible with the development of the proposals of this niche. The demands for government and business action were mainly in the sense of investments and improvement of regulations in relation to the former, while in the latter it is up to generate value and opportunities for the community, with responsibility, through technologies and new business. The research is still at an early stage of recognition of the stakeholders and their respective views and interests. Despite the consideration of the relevance of this factor, critics point to the existence of a lack of current cooperation between the parties. There is also little presence of Brazilian works, which contradicts its agricultural potential. Based on these results, recommendations for future research are presented at the end |
