Resumo: This Master´s thesis in Clinical Psychology had as objective the constitution of a game, jointly with professionals of the Infectology area and users of the Infectology Clinic of UNIFESP, HIV/AIDS infected patients. The game appeared as an easy resource in the construction process of the adhesion to the treatment of HIV/AIDS, due to the difficulty of the infected patients to adhere to the treatment. The study was done with five professionals of the Infectology area and twenty users of the related clinic, of both sexes, raging from twenty five to sixty two years old. Initially, it was presented a proposal of the game content to the professionals to evaluate the adequacy of the mainly information in relation to the illness and its treatment, and also of the situation lived by the seropositives in their daily routines. The application of the game was fulfilled later, with the users organized in pairs, and during the application, they also evaluated the content of the game. The professionals and the users also answered a questionnaire about places and possibilities of using the game. This was used as a stimulus to promote an argument in pairs and the produced speech was analyzed qualitatively through the meanings and the expressed feelings, having the Social Historical Psychology as theorical and methodological reference. Playing this game made the users reflect on their attitudes, propitiating their awareness of the treatment, making them express their difficulties in relation to it and promoting interaction among the participants. Moreover, it embraces the variety of situations that circumscribe the adhesion and it makes the access to the necessary information to the users reflection of their own process in the treatment possible. The analysis done allowed greater understanding of the factors and its determinatives that interfere in the adhesion process, such as the relation doctor-patient and its contraditions about both positions and the medication; the prevention issue related to social, economical and cultural aspects, that forbid new behaviours; the necessity of the infected patients to treat themselves, even when they don´t have any symptoms; the necessity of changing the medication, causing the patients frustration and fear; the preconception and discrimination intervening in social, affective, familiar and work relationships; the desire for prolongation of life, maternity (to women) and the family supply (to men), being motor forces in the adhesion process
