This is a work that aims to analyze the pregnancy reflexes of the professional soccer athlete, in her image licensing right contract, maintained with the football club that is her employer. In which it is verified what are the necessary requirements for the formation of a contract, in a broad sense, and the ways in which there is the contracting of soccer players in Brazil in 2020: employment contract, service provision contract and licensing contract of image. Again to verify the impact of pregnancy on the image licensing contract, entered into as a civil contract and not as a means of defrauding labor legislation, even when the athlete is unable to perform her activities on the football fields
