The target of this worksheet is to make a generic demonstration of the influence of the post-modern culture in the Church while solid institution, sacramental institution, of a collective Tradition. It shows that the post-modernity men are against of everything that the church is, because this is: relativist, subjectivist, individualist and come back toward itself. This culture has an influence in the Church through of the conscience of its members that is formed by this in a dialectic relation. Being thus the conscience of the members, - subjectivist, individualist and narcissist, - they cause damage to the Institution by breaking its plausibility in front of the people and in front of its proper members. The lack of plausibility causes cohesion and legitimating loss. This is the reason of the crisis of the Roman Catholic Church. The solution is in the formation, where it can have a rectification of the conscience and the reason that was deformed by modernity and post-modernity.
