Resumo: | This dissertation has as objective to analyze as the social if express inaquality in Latin America, that since its process of formation the problem if keeps in the region. In this direction, the poverty and the educational inequality had been chosen as expressions of analysis to verify of that it forms its logics of action if they reflect in social inaquality. The study it was limited to one determined geographic space, Latin America and to a time, decade of the 90 and first years of 21th Century, moment characterized for structural adjustments in the economies of the region. In the development of this research, it was verified, that, the existing educational inaquality in the region, reflects on the work market generating an disparity of incomes, creating perverse circle around the poverty and of the social inaquality. In sight of this, an instrument capable is had in the reduction of the educational inaquality to promote the reduction of the poverty, and consequently to go of meeting to a society with fairness. |
